FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Outside food or beverage is not allowed to be brought into the hall; the only exception is specialty cakes from commercial bakeries that are approved in advance.
No, all food must be provided by the Hall.
A $800.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of a contract.
After the $800.00 deposit at the time of booking the next due date is 60 days prior to the event when 50% of the total bill is due. An additional 25% is due 30 days prior to the event with the full balance being due 14 days prior.
The hall can accommodate seating 350 people for events plus a dance floor.
Do not hesitate to ask; we’ll be happy to work with you to customize the package for you.
Cash, credit card, and personal checks are all accepted forms of payment. Any payments made within two weeks of the event must be made in cash or cashiers check.
Yes, decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance. Nothing may be attached in any way to the walls of the hall. Confetti and small particles are not allowed.
No; though we’ll be happy to make recommendations.
Dates are only held for an event with a signed contract and deposit.
